You have taken your first step towards experiencing the immense gift of Yoga. Whether you have done yoga for years or are just starting out I am happy to guide you in deepening your relationship to yourself. I teach from my own experience and use the tools of Yoga for lasting healing and transformation on all levels.
She is the delighted owner of Fairfax's only dedicated yoga school and studio — Yoga Mountain Studio. She is a Registered Yoga Therapist, Yoga Journal Contributor, Certified Anusara-Inspired and Viniyoga teacher based. With 15 years experience, Sienna's classes and private sessions are fueled by her extensive studies with Gary Kraftsow, John Friend, Christina Sell, Maritza, Lama Palden and Georg Feuerstein.
